However, since each piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for repairs or claims related to defects. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us.

 

Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively to the Gulf area; eligible countries will be listed during checkout.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or Fetchr.

Delivery fees are set upon checkout.

Delivery takes 10 to 14 days, as each piece is custom-made for you.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
