Orders

Orders are placed exclusively through our website. Some sections, such as personalized jewelry, require additional steps, such as filling in information about your requested pieces and submitting this as an inquiry. We will then contact you to confirm all details and finalize your order.

Once an order has been confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not permitted

Please note that images of letters, numbers, and pieces are for visual reference only. The actual product may vary slightly in shape and size, especially for personalized pieces.

While we strive to present accurate information on our website, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

 

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

 

Payment

We only accept online payments made directly through our website.

 

Delivery

Currently, we ship exclusively to the Gulf area; eligible countries will be listed during checkout.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or Fetchr.

 

Duties and Taxes

You may incur duties and taxes on your shipment for which you are responsible. Kenzi has no control over these fees and cannot provide cost estimates, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we cannot reimburse duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

Returns

Each piece is handmade to order. Aside from repairs and claims for defects upon arrival, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
